This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading commercial law firm, managing trade mark and IP portfolios for clients nationally and internationally.

In this role, you will:

* Maintain clients' trade mark and IP portfolios, ensuring timely management of deadlines.
* Prepare and submit trade mark applications in Australia and internationally.
* Liaise with foreign agents to file and maintain foreign trade mark applications and registrations.
* Input and manage data within our IP management system.
* Assist practitioners with anti-counterfeiting programs and gathering evidence for trade mark infringement cases.

Your Background

* You have at least 5 years of experience as a trade mark administrator.
* You have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
* You have a passion for branding and intellectual property.
* You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
