**Job Description**
Your mission is to become a master at understanding our customers' unique preferences, guiding them through our extensive array of choices with ease. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that are genuine and full of warmth.
* Discover customer preferences and needs to assist them with product selection.
* Maintain high levels of store visual presentation and cleanliness standards.
* Label and tag products with attention to detail.
* Demonstrate a high level of care when handling product.
* Ensure stock inventory accuracy, conducting investigations and the reporting of errors.
* Support stock management efforts by executing the efficient and accurate handling of stock delivery and pack-ups.
* Support the fulfilment and dispatch of omnichannel customer orders.
* Operate our POS system including cash handling.
* Advance your own product knowledge by attending Blackheart's training and tastings.
* Adhere to WHS standards and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace environment.
**Requirements**
