The Role:
As our Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our valued member base by building strong relationships with employer partners. You'll be the key link between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth processes, effective communication, and exceptional service delivery. This is a fixed term 12-month contract.
What you’ll do:
•Manage a portfolio of clients from large enterprises to small businesses
•Achieve growth targets and reduce churn through strategic planning
•Build a strong referral network and explore new opportunities for acquisition
•Develop and manage trusted, long-term relationships with key employer partners
•Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance updates to ensure alignment with client objectives
•Gather feedback via surveys and contribute to continuous improvement
•Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-promote new initiatives that provide additional value to clients
•Act as a strategic advisor, providing data-driven recommendations to improve membership engagement and satisfaction
About You:
We’re seeking a confident, proactive professional who brings a solutions-focused approach to every interaction. You will have:
•2-5 years in account/relationship management within medium to large enterprises.
•Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and managing sales pipelines
•Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to influence executive level stakeholders
•Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
•Ability to take initiative to identify issues early and implement practical, client-centric solutions.
•High attention to detail with a proactive approach to customer service
•Team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations
•Strong understanding of industries and trends for membership sign ups
