About This Role
Your new role:
* Lead and manage the Browns Plains CYMHS and Assertive Mobile Youth Outreach Service (AMYOS), delivering complex community mental health services for children and young people
* Provide advanced clinical, professional and operational leadership within an interprofessional team, promoting strong clinical governance and best practice care
* Oversee workforce, financial and resource management, including cost centre accountability, performance development and service benchmarking
* Drive service improvement, quality, safety and innovation aligned with Metro South Health's strategic and operational prioritie
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven mental health nurse leader who thrives in complex environments and is committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
* Registered Nurse with NMBA registration, bringing advanced clinical expertise in child and youth mental health practice
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, with strong capabilities in operational management, decision-making and change leadership
* Demonstrated ability to manage people, budgets, quality systems and performance within a community or mental health service setting
* Highly effective communicator who builds collaborative relationships and models integrity, compassion and accountability in line with Metro South Health values
