About You
You're a reliable and compassionate Aged Care Worker who thrives in fast-paced residential aged care environments and delivers high-quality, person-centred care.
You will bring:
* Strong adaptability across clinical aged care settings

* Clear communication and a collaborative team approach
* A professional, respectful manner representing HCA to a high standard
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III (or higher) in Aged Care or related field PLUS
o Minimum 6 months' full-time experience in residential aged care
* Second-year Bachelor of Nursing student with a minimum 160-hour aged care placement
* Valid National Police Check
* ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up-to-date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
