About Our Facilities
We have two separate households, each with between 24-25 residents, including a secure Memory Support Unit for individuals living with dementia. Your role will involve working closely with our Homemaker to ensure the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life
* Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtimes, and general mobility
* Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities

To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or an equivalent qualification. If not currently qualified, we can provide support to help you achieve this goal. Previous experience in aged or community care is desirable, but we also welcome those who are passionate about starting their career in aged care if studying or recently qualified.
