As a Sales and Administration Assistantyour role will include and is not limited to:
* Assisting customers with product selection
* Light assembly of mobility aids
* Data entry and record keeping
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills
* Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft word programmes, mail merge and social media
* An eye for detail
* Payment processing
* General front of house duties
* Workplace presentation
* Providing customer support, troubleshooting basic product issues
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
* This is a part time position
