We are a close-knit disability support services business located in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, providing support based on our clients' choice and control. Candidates must have strong spoken and written English language and be able to communicate effectively. Client requests are for female Australian support workers aged between 25-55 years.
You will have the opportunity to build long-lasting working relationships with our clients in a diverse work environment, making a positive impact for someone living with a disability.
We are seeking support workers, preferably female, to join our team on a casual basis, with potential for permanent part-time for the right candidate in future. We're offering approximately 15 hours per week, with additional hours being offered to cover staff leave and extra support requested by clients.
Ideally, you will have flexibility to work over a seven-day roster including day, evening and passive shifts.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher) or provide proof of enrolment
* NDIS Worker Screening / Working with Children Check
* First Aid including CPR
* Current driver's license (P2 minimum)
* Completion of NDIS training modules
Desirable qualifications include Medication Assist, Mental Health First Aid, Wound Care, working with non-verbal people.
