About the role
Ilma Beach House is seeking an experienced Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to join our team at our stunning coastal property in Naturaliste, Western Australia. These are full-time positions where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
* Preparing high-quality, innovative dishes using fresh, seasonal local produce
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
* Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
* Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant or hospitality setting
* Formal culinary training or qualifications
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Creativity and passion for producing innovative, delicious dishes
* A team player with strong communication skills
