This is a hands-on leadership role at the forefront of geophysical exploration, where you will manage survey crews, ensure data quality, and deliver projects safely and efficiently across our divisions.
* Lead and supervise daily field operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and team cohesion.
* Plan and execute surveys by translating project designs into practical workflows.
* Ensure data quality through first-pass QA/QC to meet company standards.
* Drive safety and compliance by leading risk assessments and incident reporting.
* Communicate effectively between the field crew and Project Manager, keeping projects on schedule.
* Mentor and support crew members, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
* Bachelor's degree in Geophysics or Geosciences, with a minimum of 5 years' field experience.
* Proven leadership skills with experience managing crews in remote environments.
* Commitment to a safety-first culture, compliance, and high-quality data delivery.
* Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to changing field conditions.
