Your role as a People and Culture Senior Manager will enable you to;
- Drive a mix of strategic and operational HR initiatives

The successful candidate will have:
- - Tertiary qualifications in HR or business management
- Experience leading and delivering people and culture services
- Ability to identify and prioritise complex problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, regulation and WHS requirements
- Highly developed communication and conflict management skills
- Demonstrated experience with implementation and management of HR information systems
