The Role
* Manage and grow a specialist gastroenterology territory across VIC South East and Tasmania
* Build relationships with gastroenterologists, colorectal surgeons, IBD nurses and hospital stakeholders
* Drive territory growth through strategic account management and customer engagement
* Deliver high-quality clinical and commercial discussions
* Identify opportunities for account expansion and business development
* Execute territory plans aligned to sales and activity objectives
* Work collaboratively with medical, marketing and commercial teams
* Attend specialist meetings, educational events and conferences

The portfolio includes established and highly regarded gastroenterology brands used in the management of inflammatory bowel disease and ulcerative colitis.
About You
* Pharmaceutical sales experience is essential
* Experience as a Territory Manager, Hospital Specialist Representative or Key Account Manager is highly regarded
* Existing gastroenterology or specialist relationships advantageous
* Strong territory management and relationship-building capability
* Commercially driven with strong business planning skills
* Confidently engaging in clinical conversations with specialist customers
