Your new role
As an experienced Legal Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative and practice support to senior legal professionals.
* Producing accurate, high quality work while managing competing deadlines
* Managing end to end monthly billing, including pre‑bills, edits, finalisation and posting
* Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments
* Organising domestic and international travel
* Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
* Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally across phone, email and in person interactions
What you'll need to succeed
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Assistant
* Demonstrated experience with end to end billing
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Strong calendar management skills
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
* A high level of confidentiality and discretion
* The ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in making decisions on behalf of senior stakeholders
* The ability to anticipate needs and proactively reduce administrative workload for senior team members
