Our client, a dynamic and award-winning private credit firm, is seeking an experienced and highly-networkedHead of Distributionto drive the next phase of their capital raising and business expansion.

You will be instrumental in expandingthis employer'sinvestor base, leveraging your existing networks, and positioning yourself forpotential equity ownershipin the future.
The Role: Head of Distribution
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the face ofour client'scapital raising efforts, leading all investor relationship and distribution activities.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Acquisition:Proactively leverage your existing relationships with key investor networks, includingDirect HNW Investors,Wealth Managers,Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), andFamily Offices, to drive net new fund inflows.
Investor Relations:Identify, cultivate, and convert new sources of investor capital.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors.
Oversee all inbound investor Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality marketing and information collateral.
Organize, coordinate, and manage marketing events to promoteour client'sfunds (e.g., in conjunction with the MD's regular public media appearances).
What You'll Bring
Proven, demonstrable, and current relationships with Wealth Managers, Direct HNW Investors and/or Family Offices in the Australian market is essential.
Ideally experienced in selling private assets (such as private credit, private equity, or private real estate) to wholesale investors or wealth managers.
A strong track record of successful capital raising and distribution within the financial services sector.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior executive level and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
