We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer focused, and well organised Administration and Accounts Clerk to join our Canberra team.
**Responsibilities and previous experience include**:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Follow up outstanding debtor invoices & deposits as required
- Manage the issuing and retrieval of Bank Guarantees and Retentions
- Accurately enter and process accounts payable invoices against company purchase orders and projects
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
- Invoicing
- Monthly credit card allocation & expenses reconciliation
- Journal entries
- Reconciling creditor statements
- Setting up new creditors & debtors on Pronto (internal operating system)
- Providing administrative support to team members
- General administrative duties
- Duties as directed by the State Manager
- Excel & Word proficient
- Previous experience with Pronto would be an advantage
- Assistance with Stock take
