Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Representative
Company Overview: Starvision is a company specializing in the production and sale of recreational vehicles (RVs), supported by a team of innovative and qualified staff. We uphold the brand image of "Guardians of Adventure," providing high-quality RV products and service experiences to our customers. Due to business expansion, we are now recruiting a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee RV sales activities to achieve product sales targets.
* Provide professional vehicle introductions and negotiation services to ensure customers understand the advantages and features of our products.
* Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and coordinate resources across departments to provide timely solutions.
* Conduct customer follow-ups to understand customer usage and feedback, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
* Organize promotional events, offer vehicle test drive services, and facilitate customer engagement and purchase decisions.
* Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
* At least five years of experience in customer service or tangible product sales.
* Proficient in handling customer complaints and emergency issues, with solid responsiveness and effective communication skills.
* Familiar with various office software, and capable of performing standardized task execution and management.
* Strong customer insight and proactive mindset, able to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions.
* Familiar with customer follow-up processes and capable of collecting feedback and evaluating service effectiveness.
* Applicants must be a lawful permanent resident or citizen of Australia.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay: Commission, Performance bonus
