As a Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Community Renewal Team.
The team facilitates strategic opportunities, community programs, initiatives, and partnerships to improve cultural diversity, support disadvantaged groups, and strengthen communities within the HOMES NSW Delivery Division.
You will prioritize competing internal and external work demands to resolve issues within defined timeframes.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring practices, systems, and processes are compliant and support timely reporting for the Delivery Division North and South.
You will coordinate and deliver administrative and reporting services to stakeholders.
Additionally, you will provide systems and project management support, liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Advise and support stakeholders with analysis, issues management, and process awareness to meet reporting requirements.
You will refine, create, and apply administrative policies, processes, and systems, including document management, system training, and project documentation.
Furthermore, you will provide secretarial support to the Director, including travel arrangements, briefing notes, reports, and document compilation.
Manage financial processes such as invoicing, goods receipting, and purchase orders with stakeholders.
