Seeking an experienced and commercially savvy Leisure Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across luxury leisure, wholesale, luxury consortia, and government segments for a premium luxury hotel.
This role is responsible for maximising existing accounts, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and delivering strong performance against leisure-specific KPIs. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Hotel Operations, you will ensure the hotel maintains a strong competitive position in both domestic and international leisure markets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies across luxury leisure, wholesale, luxury consortia, and government segments
* Lead and manage relationships with major luxury consortia networks, including strategy sessions, performance reviews, and joint planning
* Identify, acquire, develop, and retain high-value leisure and government accounts
* Negotiate luxury consortia promotions, allocations, and commission structures to optimise revenue
* Achieve leisure-specific KPIs including conversion ratios, ADR growth, and incremental revenue targets
* Analyse account performance, booking trends, demand forecasts, and competitive positioning
* Conceptualise, plan, and host on-property FAM trips, advisor stays, and experiential site inspections
* Prepare contracts, BEOs, site inspection documentation, reports, and correspondence
* Maintain strong internal collaboration and regular communication across hotel departments
* Stay informed of global leisure and luxury travel trends, introducing new initiatives to enhance guest engagement and market relevance
Your Profile
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a comparable hotel sales role, ideally within luxury or premium hospitality
* Proven experience managing luxury leisure, wholesale, consortia, and/or government accounts
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Professional, polished, and confident representing a premium luxury brand
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a 24-hour hotel operation
