You're a driven, analytical marketer seeking to excel in automation and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will design, build and manage the full marketing automation ecosystem across the customer journey from lead generation to nurturing, conversion, retention and re-engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the customer relationship management (CRM) platform across marketing, sales and service teams
* Develop dashboards, reports, attribution models and lifecycle tracking to inform business decisions
* Maintain database health, accuracy and segmentation to ensure high-quality leads
* Design and implement automated nurture sequences, pipelines and behavioural workflows to engage customers
* Implement lead scoring models to optimise sales handovers
* Develop automated onboarding, referral and re-engagement programs to drive customer loyalty
* Audit and improve the sales and marketing funnel to maximise conversions
* Set up marketing analytics, tracking and conversion measurement to evaluate campaign success
* Integrate tools, APIs, forms, landing pages and data sources to enhance the customer experience
* Ensure all marketing systems run smoothly and efficiently to meet business objectives
