Albright Institute is seeking a confident and driven
Training Programs Sales & Marketing Officer
to support the growth of our Professional Year, VET, and short course programs. This role combines marketing execution with conversion-focused sales and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to student recruitment across multiple campuses.
You will plan and run marketing campaigns, manage lead follow-ups, attend events, liaise with education agents, and handle enquiries from prospective students and partners. The ideal candidate is motivated, organised, and able to build strong relationships while meeting enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver weekly marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
Respond to students, agents, and partner enquiries
Conduct follow-ups, consultations, and conversions
Represent Albright at expos and networking events
Maintain accurate CRM records
Ensure all activities comply with brand, RTO, and CRICOS standards
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in sales or marketing (education sector preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using CRM and digital tools
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
