ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Technology Program Manager where you'll partner with the CIO on the end‐to‐end delivery of large, complex technology transformation programs while establishing enterprise-wide project delivery governance. Working closely with the CIO, senior leaders, delivery teams, and external partners, you'll ensure initiatives are well planned, governed, and executed - balancing scope, cost, risk, and quality.
This is a senior role where you'll bring clarity to complexity by establishing strong enterprise governance, managing strategic risks and dependencies, and providing clear, data‐driven insights to support executive decision‐making. A key focus will be driving sustainable change across large, multi‐year transformation initiatives by embedding modernised digital capabilities, processes, and ways of working across the organisation.
As a senior and trusted delivery leader, you'll continuously uplift transformation practices and foster collaborative partnerships across technology, business, and external providers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Extensive experience and success in delivering complex technology programs or large initiatives.
* Strong capability in program planning, dependency management, and delivery governance.
* Strong planning, coordination, and delivery management skills.
* Ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party vendors.
* Sound financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost management.
* Ability to analyse and resolve complex delivery issues with a structured and pragmatic approach.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to translate technical delivery into business-focused insights
* Works collaboratively and demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement, wellbeing, and safety
