Job Role
The successful candidate will provide person-centered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their day-to-day lives.
* Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care, meals assistance, medications, and behaviour support.

This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities in a home-based environment. The focus is on empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives and providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
* Daily Living Support: Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
* Community Integration: Accompany clients on outings into the community, promoting social interaction and participation in activities.
* Medication Management: Assist clients with medication administration, ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Certification/Qualification: Relevant qualifications or certifications in disability support, healthcare, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a home-based setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
