Duties required:Equivalent experience in hands-on, high volume kitchen operations and cooking including à la carte and functionsContribute to our daily processes and work alongside the Sous Chef and Catering ManagerBe team orientatedWork well under pressure and be both confident and creative in the kitchenBe available, nights, weekends and public holidaysWe offer great working conditions and room to further your careerAble to work independently and as part of a team
This role will suit a Cook who is passionate about food and wants to train up within a professional kitchen environment.All candidates must be flexible with roster, ability to work nights and weekends is essential. The role is paid according to the relevant level for the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award.
