The Role

Facilitate effective, consistent empowering people management
Develop strategies and solutions, programs and policies
Manage and resolve employee relations issues
Policy development, review and implementation
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance
Your Profile
Relevant industry experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong precision and a high level of attention to detail
Ability and willingness to meet critical business deadlines
Solid work ethic and ability to prioritise tasks
