An exciting prospect has arisen for a part-time Receptionist to join our Canberra office 3 days per week.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Canberra office for a part-time Receptionist. Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Answering internal and external calls;
Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;
Ordering and receiving couriers;
Word processing and data entry,
General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and
Catering assistance if required.
The standard working hours for this role are between 9am to 5:30pm.
Who We Are Looking For
This is a great chance for a vibrant and intelligent receptionist to join our office. The Receptionist will be the face of the firm and the right candidate must be well-presented, qualified, personable and articulate. Whilst you will be prominently working autonomously, you will also have the ability to work well within a team environment. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and be able to work well under pressure.
