Project Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project delivery teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives
* Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Coordinate and facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
* Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement processes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer, preferably in the civil construction sector
* Strong technical background and understanding of civil construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with others and build effective relationships
