 
        
        As a Quality and Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in promoting a culture that fosters the delivery of exceptional care.
Your key responsibilities will include developing, monitoring, and evaluating quality frameworks to ensure effective governance systems are in place. This will involve translating organisational strategy into meaningful long-term plans and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification at Degree/Diploma level in Clinical Management, Risk Management, Education, Business management, Health Administration or similar, with experience in health sector environments and an understanding of governance and accreditation systems and standards.
You will be required to demonstrate high-level communication and influencing skills, while also possessing the ability to coach, mentor, and support staff to question, challenge and innovate.
In addition to these skills, you should have advanced report writing and ICT skills, including experience with submission writing and project management. It would also be advantageous if you have contemporary quality and clinical risk management knowledge, particularly in health, aged care and community care accreditation processes.
