Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering learning solutions based on organisational goals and strategies.
* Applying adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives.
* Creating flexible learning solutions to meet diverse needs of the organisation.
* Conducting needs analyses to identify gaps in skills and knowledge requirements.
* Capturing, analysing and interpreting employee learning data for reporting and evaluation.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in adult education or a related field, with in-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models. They will also have proven skills and experience in instructional design and project management.
