Salary: $65,000-$90,000 Base + Super + Bonus, depending on skills and experience.

Location: Sydney.

You will be exposed to multiple technologies and work within a team that shares knowledge, guides, and mentors. You need to be committed, willing to push yourself, and go above and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support/administration for multiple client environments.
* Perform troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate to specialist teams.
* Conduct periodic onsite visits to client sites.
* Provide continual improvement recommendations.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date.

Key Requirements:

* Prior MSP experience is favorable but not essential—Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Outlook/Exchange, VMWare/HyperV, Citrix, Intune, Backup & DR, Networking.
* Networking experience is favorable.
* Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools.
* Availability to go onsite and be hands-on in Sydney.
* Tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications are favorable but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written and verbal.
* A friendly, positive, customer-driven attitude.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Team player willing to contribute and support team efforts.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
