We have an exciting opportunity to join Twinings & Co as an Integrated Supply Planner. This position will play a crucial role in managing the performance of Twinings & Co product supply to the retailer DC network. This role owns the responsibility to develop and implement an effective replenishment plan that aligns with retailer expectations whilst optimising Twinings & Co's operational efficiencies. Additionally, this role involves proactive communication with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply process.
Please note that this role will be based out of the Woolworths Head office in Sydney.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduit between Customer and Twinings & Co to deliver optimal service and timely supply of inventory into retailers DC's.
- Develop and execute replenishment plans by analysing stock requirements and adhering to commercial deadlines based on network capability.
- Root cause analysis & communication around supply failures to Customer Distribution Centre and stores, such as missed or incomplete deliveries and resolve exceptions to deliver commercial plans.
- Monitor inventory levels and demand requirements to identify exceptions in replenishment plan due to stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain strong relationships between Customer and Twinings & Co internal teams to ensure alignment on supply plans, demand forecasting and promotional activities.
- Lead Customer Collaboration Meetings and document follow up items.
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
- 1-2 years in planning roles in demand, supply, logistics, or ISP/ VRP
- FMCG experience highly preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive performance improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced excel, Power BI preferable.
- Current drivers licence and roadworthy vehicle.
