Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance in our sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing full P&L responsibilities, and building strong customer relationships.
You will lead and develop regional teams to achieve performance, safety, and operational targets. This includes managing budget achievement, margin improvement, and cost control. You will also oversee production planning, warehousing, inventory levels, and distribution requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage full P&L responsibilities, including budget achievement, margin improvement, and cost control
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving new business and sales opportunities
* Oversee production planning, warehousing, inventory levels, and distribution requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* Australian Driver's License
* Relevant qualifications or substantial industry experience in manufacturing, industrial, or infrastructure
* Previous experience managing P&L, budgets, and financial performance
* Strong leadership capability with proven team management experience
* Ability to plan, implement, and review operational and commercial strategies
* Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills
* Strong working knowledge of safety, quality, risk, and regulatory compliance
* High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
