FIFO Site Supervisor | 10-Week Contract | 8/6 Roster | Start 10 March 2026
Keystone People Solutions are partnering with a well-established WA contractor to source an experienced FIFO Site Supervisor for a short-term project on a major gold operation in the Goldfields.
This is a 10-week contract with a clear scope and strong support on-site. You'll work back-to-back with the Project Manager (who is also the statutory supervisor), helping drive safe, structured delivery from pre-mob through to completion.
* Start: 10/03/26
* Duration: 10 weeks
* Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off
* Pre-mob: 1 week in Perth (planning + mobilisation readiness)
* Rate: Negotiable based on experience/compliance
The Role
You'll be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, safety leadership, and coordination of crews/subcontractors to deliver a site based construction package safely, efficiently, and to schedule. Works will include structural works plus associated civil and site infrastructure (earthworks, pads/foundations, services, drainage and reinstatement as required).
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site works and coordinate labour/subcontractors
* Lead safety on the ground (toolboxes, permits, compliance, risk controls)
* Support pre-mobilisation planning and readiness during the Perth week
* Ensure work fronts are resourced, sequenced, and aligned to program
* Daily reporting: progress, issues, hazards, and look-ahead planning
* Liaise with the Project Manager and client reps to remove blockers quickly
* Maintain quality standards and verify works meet scope and expectations

* HLTPAT005 – Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing
