Responsibilities
Workforce Planning & Scheduling: Forecast demand and align practitioner staffing; design and optimize rosters and shifts across brands to ensure balanced coverage.
Performance & insights: Track key metrics using tools like Metabase, and turn insights into actions that improve availability, reliability, and patient experience.
Team Management: Lead and support the Manila-based operations team, ensuring reliable day-to-day consult delivery.
Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, enhance queue management, and strengthen practitioner support systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth and other teams to match practitioner supply with patient demand.
Workforce Composition: Adjust staffing mix to balance skills, experience, and capacity requirements.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, workforce/supply chain planning, healthcare ops, consulting, or startups.
Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data-driven decision making.
Experience leading small remote or offshore teams with clarity and empathy.
Skilled in queue management, monitoring SLAs, and proactive adjustments.
Clear communicator who aligns stakeholders and handles escalations effectively.
Systems thinker with a track record of improving processes and driving outcomes.
Passionate about startups, healthcare, and using technology to improve services.
