Role
RA Tas is currently seeking a proactive and friendly individual looking for a meaningful role as a Casual Client Services Worker (CSW) to join our northern Call Centre team and provide a professional, warm, friendly and supportive interface between RA Tas clients and practitioners, as well as visitors and other stakeholders. The Client Services Worker (CSW) will provide RA Tas clients with a confidential, professional and responsive service that displays understanding of the persons circumstances by phone and at times in person. This role is a Casual leave cover role. Do you fit the bill?
Responsibilities
* Customer Service, Front of House and Call Centre Experience
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
* Organised with an eye for detail
* Good computer skills
* Able to exercise a high level of confidentiality
* Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
