Our client is presently searching for a Business Development Executive in Melbourne, specializing in the Conference & Events markets, to develop current business across all main market segments for the inner-city hotel.
Responsibilities
* Generating current business and maintaining existing clientele for all main market segments
* Create attractive and lucrative business proposals and collateral
* Drive recent business using excellent negotiation skills
* Able to offer proper guidance to the clients after getting them on board
* Participate in various trade-shows
* Highly organized and able to achieve KPIsMust have excellent business acumen and should be highly customer focused
* Excellent knowledge of the Melbourne events' arena
* Highly confident in closing the deals
* Excellent communication skills
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift
Work Location: In person
