To maintain its reputation for excellence, the business is seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join its kitchen team.
This full-time role is integral to daily kitchen operations, supporting food preparation, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring dishes are prepared in line with established recipes, hygiene standards, and service expectations.
Salary : $75,000- $78,000 Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with established recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations Assist with daily food preparation, including vegetables, meats, sauces, and pizza toppings as required Ensure all food is prepared and stored in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and food storage areas Monitor stock levels, assist with stock rotation, and minimise food waste through proper handling and storage Support senior kitchen staff during service periods to ensure smooth and timely food delivery Follow kitchen procedures, opening and closing duties, and service schedules Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment within the kitchen Qualifications and Experience Certificate-level culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a comparable commercial kitchen environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and quality control processes
