Your opportunity
As a Trade Retail Assistant at Lincoln Sentry, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our trade retail store front by providing an exceptional in-store experience. Working alongside your fellow Assistants, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and National Network Manager, you'll undertake a variety of tasks, from warehousing to front-end customer sales.
Here's what you'll achieve
* Proudly represent the Lincoln Sentry Trade Network and deliver on our commitments to safety and customer service excellence.
* Assist in store's cost management strategies through maintaining high productivity, efficient storage, and proper protection of stored materials.
* Uphold high standards of housekeeping and maintenance to reflect a professional branch and warehouse appearance.
* Collaborate with our national teams to ensure procedures and transactions are correctly followed.
* Participate in creating a zero-harm work environment for our customers and team.
What you'll bring
* A current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher.
* Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Although not essential, it would be great if you have...
* A Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain one.
* Previous experience in a Trade Retail environment or similar.
Most importantly, you should be committed to doing good work, working well with others, and being flexible and open-minded as we grow and evolve.
