5. Collaborate with senior officers to provide tailored advice on local remuneration strategies.
6. Manage the annual data survey process across global missions, tracking and validating returns for accuracy and timeliness.
7. Deliver expert advice on remuneration methodology and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
