This strategic role requires a strong leader to drive global remuneration initiatives, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder engagement to inform high-impact decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct annual salary reviews across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
2. Apply market research and actuarial principles to recommend targeted salary adjustments.
3. Develop and maintain complex Excel models to support remuneration strategy.
4. Lead data surveys and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate data inputs.
5. Collaborate with senior officers to provide tailored advice on local remuneration strategies.
6. Manage the annual data survey process across global missions, tracking and validating returns for accuracy and timeliness.
7. Deliver expert advice on remuneration methodology and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
