CPB Contractors has more than 50 major infrastructure projects in delivery, across all key sectors of the construction industry, including roads and bridges, rail, tunnelling, defence, airports, buildings and resources, providing you with career opportunities for years to come.Your opportunityWe are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Site Administrator to join our project to support a regional project in oil and gas.ResponsibilitiesMaintain Registers (Assets and Others)Maintain usage records and running the onsite plant billing returnsReconcile and manage the issuing of site inventoryUtilise/Update and run the onsite assets through the CPB CMMS (Oracle JDE)Procurement and management of accounts (Internal and External)Liaise with suppliers and accounts processingData entry and tracking for labour/ payrollFile electronic and paper based for all plant department functions onsiteProvide reports of gathered data to onsite plant team and the business plant teamAwareness of HSE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risksDeliver accurate, timely and responsive administrative servicesDeliver support to the project team in monthly reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with the project's policies, objectives and statutory requirementsMinimum requirementsRelevant experience in a similar site-based administration role, preferably within the construction industryAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel skills are desirableStrong administration skillsExperience with Teambinder desirableExperience with JDE or similar program desirableMust be able to plan and prioritise workloads in an environment of constant changeDemonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlinesHold proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholdersFocus and commitment to a zero-harm environmentThis role is offered on a roster arrangement DIDO / FIFO from Brisbane or local hire, working a 18 days on and 10 days off roster.We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, mature workers, Veterans and Active Defence Reserve members, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
