About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales and Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
You will enjoy talking to clients on the telephone, have a positive 'can do' attitude to problem solving and solution finding and like working in a customer support and sales office environment.

Requirements
* National 5 or equivalent in Maths and English
* An interest in the financial services industry
* Experience in providing customer service or working directly with customers
* Ability to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
