About the role
As a Service Advisor at Katherine Toyota, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their vehicle servicing experience is efficient and pleasant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the entire service process, from booking appointments to communicating with customers and overseeing the work carried out by our skilled technicians.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and liaise with customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, managing the workshop's workflow
- Provide customers with accurate estimates and explanations of required work
- Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and work performed
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Promote additional services and parts to customers as appropriate
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and service procedures
- Proficient in using computerised service management systems
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
