Are you passionate about coffee and eager to join a dynamic team? The Coffee Emporium is seeking enthusiastic and experienced baristas to join us in a full-time, part-time, or casual role. We are looking for individuals with at least 3 months of experience in coffee making, who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating grinders and adjusting settings for optimal coffee extraction
* Crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages
* Managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
* Creating latte art (preferred but not required)
* Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure exceptional service
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in coffee preparation and machine operation
* Strong understanding of espresso extraction and coffee grind adjustments
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, friendly attitude and strong teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $35.00
Expected Hours: 8 – 34 hours per week
