About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with distributors, customers, and end users, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving store cluster sales performance.
* Executing focus sheets and developing customer relationships at the store level.
* Promoting products through demonstrations and instructing retail customers and end users in their use.
* Identifying in-store incremental merchandising growth opportunities.
* Developing stakeholder relationships and collaborating across departments.
* Conducting distributor and end user training / demos at Field Days, in-store, on end user sites, and at major trade events.
* Planning weekly and completing daily tasks in Salesforce, ensuring the calendar is up to date and accurate.
Requirements
* Previous customer engagement experience with a passion for selling and business development.
* Experience engaging with end users and brand advocacy.
* Confidence and communication skills to present product initiatives to end users.
* Ideally, some experience in product training for internal or external parties.
* The ability and interest to learn hardware industry specifications.
* Strong planning skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* A passion to work with customers and end users in the power tool / hand tool industry.
