About the Role
CASPA Services Ltd is seeking engaged and experienced Directors to join our Board and support our mission to help children, young people, families, and people with disabilities in regional Australia feel connected to their communities.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements of a Board role and preferably be members of AICD.
Key responsibilities include:
* Attendance at a minimum of 7 Board meetings a year, either face to face or online.
* Participation in at least one Board sub-committee, which meets as required (usually 4-5 meetings per year).
* Attendance in person at an annual strategy workshop located in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate substantial experience, expertise, or qualification in one or more of the following subject areas:
* Financial management and accounting
* Business acumen and strategic management
* AICD accreditation and experience in the role of Chair
* Risk management and assurance
Applicants with networks related to philanthropic investment, impact investing, notable sponsorship relationships, etc., will be highly regarded.
About the Organisation
CASPA Services Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised care services to support complex trauma-based needs for children, young people, families, and people living with disabilities.
Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care, Intensive Family Preservation, Therapeutic Foster Care, Restoration, and other associated care types. We are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise maintenance and repairs business.
As a growing and diversifying organisation, we have approximately 650+ employees working in communities across New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory.

Mandatory Requirements
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NSW Working with Children (for volunteer status) checks are required.
