About the Role
Supervisors play an important role at Mad Mex. You will work in all service areas – food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. As a Supervisor, you will take charge during the shift and be responsible for team supervision, ordering stock, banking, and opening / closing the restaurant.
About You
We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility. You are the "Go to" person on shift so you must have a sound knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Previous supervisor experience in hospitality or QSR is highly regarded but not essential.
