Contracts and Procurement Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a skilled Contracts and Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial and contract matters on allocated subcontracts for the project
* Support internal stakeholders with tendering, negotiation, and formation of assigned subcontracts
* Assist with the project subcontracting strategy for assigned subcontracts
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, law, construction management, or economics (CM&E)
* Minimum of 3 years direct experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
* Demonstrated experience as a contracts administrator or commercial/contracts advisor on building projects
* Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to drive outcomes
