This role is central to the coordination and governance of multiple projects across NT Government agencies, ensuring alignment, adoption, and successful implementation of technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple high-value, complex business/system projects.Oversee project streams, including internal teams and external vendors.Ensure successful adoption and integration of solutions into operational environments.Apply project management methodologies to ensure effective planning and delivery.Manage risks, issues, and governance aligned with policing objectives.Monitor and report on program benefits and outcomes.Support change management, training, and communications.Analyse legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to the program.Communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience5–10 years in program/project management roles.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery.Demonstrated success in solution adoption and operational integration.Experience in change management and user engagement.High-level negotiation and stakeholder liaison skills.Ability to interpret and apply complex legislative/regulatory requirements.Desirable Skills and ExperienceExperience in large, complex, and high-profile program environments.Understanding of IT Service Management frameworks.Technical knowledge in system analysis, design, and integration.Experience in government, law enforcement, or frontline services.Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, JIRA, and SharePoint.Personal AttributesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong focus on outcomes and benefits.Collaborative team player with cultural awareness.Self-starter with high personal drive and accountability.Professional, respectful, and ethical conduct.Critical thinker and problem solver.Commitment to NT Government principles: accountability, collaboration, diversity, ethical practice, impartiality, and respect.
