Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef, located in Mossy Point/Broulee, NSW. The role involves preparing and cooking high-quality meals, collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and managing inventory and stock levels. The Chef will also support other team members, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and contribute to the continued success of The Mossy Cafe Group by providing customers with an outstanding dining experience.
Qualifications Proven culinary skills, including meal preparation, cooking, and presentationKnowledge of food safety practices, storage standards, and kitchen hygieneAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to adapt to a dynamic and customer-focused environment3+ years experience working as a chef in a fast-paced environment Passion for using fresh, locally sourced ingredientsPrevious experience in a similar role within a cafe or restaurant is highly regarded
