**Stockland’s Waterloo South Precinct Project** is a bold urban regeneration initiative that will transform one of Sydney’s most iconic precincts into a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable community. As the preferred delivery partner, Stockland is leading the creation of thousands of new homes—spanning social, affordable, and private housing—alongside new public spaces, amenities, and infrastructure.

These newly created roles will have the opportunity to work on projects within Stockland’s growth. This role will be based at our Sydney Head office on Castlereagh Street.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist the Project Team**: Ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered according to business strategy.
- **Financial and Contract Management**: Help with financial plans, contract preparation, and securing approvals.
- **Planning Approvals**: Assist in obtaining necessary planning approvals to ensure project compliance with local regulations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Develop and review engagement plans to drive strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Customer Response**: Address customer issues professionally and promptly.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Enable efficiencies by connecting people across functions.
- **Risk Management**: Implement operational risk procedures and identify compliance issues.
- **Project Review**: Support end-of-project reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
**About You**
We are looking for resilient and proactive professionals eager to further their career in property development. To be successful you will be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate community-focused outcomes. In addition you will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a property development team or ability to demonstrate transferable skills from another area or industry. Apartments and Mixed use experience will bae
- Degree qualified in a related discipline with prior relevant experience
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is a must;
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
- Ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Resilience and excellent communication skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong report writing skills.
