What You'll Be Doing
Service and repair a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, in-ceiling/under-ceiling cassettes, DX systems, chillers, and central plant.
Diagnose faults and problems, perform preventative maintenance, and provide detailed reporting on work completed.
Maintain equipment across commercial, retail, and occasionally residential/light commercial projects; install new equipment and components as required.
Quoting of repair works and small unit changes; liaise with customers to understand needs and provide expert guidance.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with safe work method statements; adhere to regulatory and company standards.
Collaborate with the HVAC team, support field operations, and contribute to upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and BMS/chiller initiatives where applicable.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Formal qualifications in HVAC, air conditioning, or refrigeration (e.g., Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) or equivalent trade qualification.
QLD Restricted Electrical License (minimum).
Current driver's license.
Experience as a service/maintenance technician in HVAC; strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; commitment to safety and proactive risk management.
